This is one of the best places i have worked and been working for 8 years now.You've the option to pursue any branch of your interest as Dell is a huge org with almost all departments. Find a mentor, or learn some basics, you can give internal interviews and move to other teams. No dress codes, job security makes this place one of the most sought after places to work.

Dislikes

Travel is less in most of the departments.
