Tremendous culture..always loved the work place and management...awsome place to work..starting from training to working with team was always fun...and as already said management is always supportive.. always better place to work.. I will always refer a person who is looking for a job in Dell...

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
