I don't think Dell will support there employee in any difficult situation it is only in words but not in particle life I worked for almost 5 years and was forced to resign and now Dell is asking to pay nearly a lakh to get the resignation letter is been 2 months iam getting only run a round from department to department, I will never recommend any one to join Dell.
