One thing I dislike is that off-role employees are not made on-role even after 2-3 years, despite their performance. This practice should be reconsidered to recognize and reward employees for their contributions.

Just a usual tech-enabled company with crappy products. Their recent launch, the so-called "OS1" is terrible. God knows what they are building out. The company do not respect talent and just relies on tech labourers to build their "just-working" and sub-standard tech products

Dislikes

The HR of the TPD is useless. I would advice the upper management to remove the entire team and still see no impact. They are that useless

The company has a very flat hirarchy where you can reach out to almost everyone including the Senior Leadership team. The exposure in terms cross functional teams is also brilliant Most of the people think of Google/FB/Tesla as their dream companies but for a lot of people its Delhivery.

Some say that the workload can be heavy, especially during peak periods, which can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

Dislikes

There is no fixed office hours. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.
