Although I was a manager, I must say it’s the Worst company that I ever worked with. They just demotivate good employees. The management is so poor and only encourages nepotism and promotes people who are in the system for long, although they are good for nothing but just playing politics. The sad part is the peers play tricks to get work done and get all credits and gets promoted.

Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish. Company gives opportunity to learn at work place. Provide many trainings as per your need and even you assign training aa per your reference..... Conclusion is workplace is good but hike wise it is not..anyone going to bnpp they start good ctc in begning but post that if u are extraordinary then you are always happy...hope it' helps someone....Read More

Flexible work hrs - would also depend on manager. Food Subsidy Office is very clean and well maintained

HR is usless. They only support management. Manager is very disrespectful to employees. treat the Indian employees as second class citizens. They do not value employees who have been with the company for long they would rather hire someone who had less experience give higher designation but not promote existing employees.
