Some issue to growth of individual because of restrictions to work for college only not able to connect to International exposure.

Being an post graduate teacher its been great mixture of getting an experience of research as well Assistant Professorship and exchange immense level of knowledge.

It's hot here in Amravati, Maharashtra where I find difficulty sometimes in the field due to hot environment.
