Fake interviews will be conducted by HR. After all the round and document verifications they will say the position is not open. Do not rely on any offers you receive from them. Till the Day 1 of you joining, nothing is sure at this place. I had given 3 rounds of interview, discussed salary, ready to join on MOnday. But friday they told me there is no data scientist position.

Dislikes

No job guarantee. Even if you are going with referal, after clearing all the ronunds they will simple say there is no position at this moment. I went through referal. There is no job guarantee friends. They boost many things about thier work culture, do not fall for the trap. Not a reliable organization.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
