No likes , working in DMCFS only loss, Because of both Yogesh and Manish only I am telling like this , Both are waste fellows. And doing Froud, telling lies only , Fake employees,

No salary increment, no support from manager and zonal manager side, from zonal manager yogesh mali no support from his side ,yogesh mali is telling lies only, he not listen our words also what we have to tell them about what is going on work side only angry on every one,another main thing is , yogesh mali and Manish from KIA they taking money from new joiners and not giving stipend on right time, yogesh mali need only comission from company and College side , yogesh mali and Manish not giving reply for our calls and messages, yogesh and Manish they eating money from students and new joiners who are comeing from another states and paid room rent amount also they taking , expenses amount also not giving , if we ask they both said dear later we will process it will credited, if we struggle for our expenses amount, they take revange like putting more pressure and more work load , etc, ...they given uncondition laptop , like battery not working , charger problem , laptop keyboard problem etc, But realy i am saying is that DMCFS company MD Managing director is very good person , very cool person, Helping, He understand the Employee problem and situation, But company employer Manish and Yogesh both are Froud, Blames on every one ,.. There is nothing to like about this company. I don’t even know if i should call this DMCFS a company or what.

Dislikes

There are 4 MDs and there are 3 HRs, all of them good for nothing. HR took 2 months to give me my joining letter that too i have to beg her to give. The work culture is pathetic and what to say about manager. The manager over there was so unmannered and used to abuse the employees and she used to make feel bad about not wearing her type of clothes or not knowing English. Over all the company is worst and people know nothing about running an organisation. They are just trying there luck....Read More
