This is most reliable retail company. 100% job security with a lot of opportunities come accross you. Some asked me about culture, job security, skill enhancement training and other I'll give 9/10.

A lot of work and job responsibilities due to that cannot focus all of them at one time. High pressure job

Only in my domain which was business developement, i did not enjoy my work and there was no job security. Just in 18 months the department witnessed about 30 people leaving the department
