A Good Place to Work at Peers and managers are very approachable and helping. The work environment is friendly. Employees are given freedom to express themselves and share new ideas. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I have been working with DDReg Pharma since 14 Months i.e. from December 2019.The company has provided me a nice platform to upgrade my skills. There is a lot of positivity and learning in the office (both in Mumbai and Gurgaon). Over here we have a five day working and have never exceed 48 hours a week (including our tea and lunch break) of working. We also have candidates coming from other states as well.
