Biggest mistake of my life I've ever done by joining this company. Anyone will easily get depressed, frustrated within 3 months of joining only. Very poor management and policies. No proper trainings and even director don't know the regulatory work. Just a postman data management work like BPO companies. Better to search for any other company.

Nothing. Joining Ddreg was my biggest mistake they will lure you with lots of lies and fake talk. There is no work life balance. The head is a cunning lady. They wont even complete your full and final payment. No job security and work life balance. they keep a tab on on every minute like going to washroom. All the good reviews are written around MARCH so you can understand. Worst experience ever.

This review is misleading. It’s incorrect for the following reasons: • We work five days a week which improve work life balance of our employees • We process full and final settlement after 45days of employee’s last working days. • Most of the negative reviews are of same date i.e 11/18/2021. • There was no Regulatory affairs associate posted ever at our Mumbai Andheri branch.
