If you take 1day leave also in emergency , they will not agree and they will make the situation very serious. They wont even complete your full and final payment. No job security and work life balance. they keep a tab on on every minute like going to washroom. Everything. The company has worst management and HR and admin staff is worst. The owner just shouts at you in front of everyone as if you are daily wage worker. not an professional environment. Even if you are just 5 mins late you get call from gurgaon.
