I dealt with wide range of documents and had end to end learning of drug approval process. The team I worked with was supportive and understanding. The work environment was great and not at all stressful.

Dislikes

They had strict timing and they do not have work from home policy. We had work from home during pandemic but then were asked to join back this year post vaccination.

Overall my work experience was very good as a fresher right out of college. I grew not only in technical knowledge but also in my outlook towards work and industry.

I have been working with DDReg Pharma since 14 Months i.e. from December 2019.The company has provided me a nice platform to upgrade my skills. There is a lot of positivity and learning in the office (both in Mumbai and Gurgaon). Over here we have a five day working and have never exceed 48 hours a week (including our tea and lunch break) of working. We also have candidates coming from other states as well. Annual get togethers along with the festival celebrations is also something i always look forward. I have also made some very good friends in the company who are already working in this organization for last six years or so. 5 Days Working only. as per policy working hour is 9 to 5:30 but no flexibility if u are getting late only 1 min you will marked half day. you need to take permission every day for leaving the office otherwise Management feels hurt without informing how you can leave the office, you need to serve till 7 PM on a daily basis. this mandatory for all. If you are a fresher, you can join us for learning purpose it is good otherwise not.
