The company offers some good leave policies. There are certain types of leaves that company offers like maternity leaves, paternity leaves, medical leaves, casual leaves etc. It depends on an employee's requirement, where an employee can apply for any of these leave categories. Everything is systematically manged. I have got benefitted multiple times from these leaves.

Unfortunately I joined in Data Trained. They Won't pay salaries for 6 months. For every 6 months they will pay half month salary only. Students are paying 2 Lakhs 3 Lakhs but even they wont get any placements. The collected amount from the student are deposits in Black Money account.
