Everything is well streamlined here. Seniors address us well about our routine task, and our TL takes care of the rest. So, there remains no place of unnecessary work pressure. Everyone is cool here as far as the work gets done on time. Following professional ethics and staying disciplined is what is expected here. If you follow this, no reason to worry.
