I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Unfortunately I joined in Data Trained. They Won't pay salaries for 6 months. For every 6 months they will pay half month salary only. Students are paying 2 Lakhs 3 Lakhs but even they wont get any placements. The collected amount from the student are deposits in Black Money account. I am feeling shy to say I am working in data trained. Fraud Company. Don't Join.
