THEY CAN CONVINCE YOU TO JOIN FAKE COMPANY FOR LEARNING IRRELEVANT THINGS AND FAKE OFFERS. THEY TEACH YOU WHAT YOU DONT NEED AND WHAT YOU NEED IS FAR AWAY FROM REACH. PAID INTERNSHIP IS A MYTH. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN COMPANY WHERE YOU ARE PLACED AS UNPAID INTERN TO WORK ON PROJECTS THAT CAN BE EASLIY COPIED FROM ANY SOURCES.

NEVER REPLYING TO ANY QUERIES AND NOT EVEN CONSIDERNG THE MONEY'S WORTH THINKING IT CAN BE SOME ONE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. TOTALLY A SCAM EDTECH BUSINESS.

As a data science intern you will be expected to be available full time for 9 hrs and you wont be able to involve yourself in any other activity even on weekends. Sometimes it disturbs your mental balance and you hope that you should have not joined.

Expection will be of a full time role with gradual increase in stipend. For the first month you are paid 5k even though you work like a fte and in the 3rd month you will be so fed up that you will sacrifice that 15k stipend for the mental piece. No rest for employees with work even on weekends and one day off in week which is of no use because other people will be working. Work life is very bad and pathetic. I felt like why I accepted the internship offer. Its better to be not employed when compared with working here. The will leave workload on freshers and who working under them. 6 working days. Maytime's I used to work beyond my working hours also there will be no recognition. Data Science team isnot at all supportive, they will be angry and point out even for small issues also. They will not train you properly. Rude people. They like to work less and keep the burden on the freshers and juniors. Actually the seniors in the data science generally work on weekends(like they take classes) in the remaining days there will be no much work for them simply pushing the work on freshers. There is no job guarantee. At the time of joining they will say will convert to full time after 3 months if they satisfied with our work but they keep on extending the internship months by months but there is no chance to convert to full time. Its a 9 hours duty with 6 working days but they will say to work on week offs also. The main thing even working heavily also we will be paid very less. There is no job security. Work culture is so pathetic, they hired you but they really don't know how to behave with a fresher. No company policies as I received incomplete offer letter, no week off from their side ( I asked them my own every week). Politics everywhere, biased, they blame me for many things.

My experience was very worst and terrible as this company is full of politics, lies, manipulation etc etc. Technical team of data science is not supportive. If you asked for a help in your field then they blame you and take as negative feedbacks. They pressurised me from a very first day and give warnings to discontinue my internship. They don't have heart, if someone is sick they really don't care. They want me to came office before time and leave after time. This was my traineeship but they don't help me a bit though they said this is internship not a learning plateform. They want me to work like a experience full time employee and daily tortured me by giving warnings. They blame me for very cheap things which I haven't done. No week- offs given as they told me before joining. They said alternative 2 week offs in a week like In first week, 1 day off then next week 2 days off likewise. As a fresher I learnt everything my own, even after joining a company. This job is quite tough in beginning as I struggled alone without their support. They did not help me a bit though they hired me as a intern. No training though I was on traineeship.
