Company offers some good facilities and benefits to the employees. I feel that they are employee centric; they work more towards the betterment of their employees.

Seniors and the mgmt. readily appreciate the performers. It happens in front of everyone. It is in the form of rewards and recognition. Serves as motivation and a confidence booster as well.

Unfortunately I joined in Data Trained. They Won't pay salaries for 6 months. For every 6 months they will pay half month salary only. Students are paying 2 Lakhs 3 Lakhs but even they wont get any placements. The collected amount from the student are deposits in Black Money account. I am feeling shy to say I am working in data trained. Fraud Company. Don't Join.
