THEY CAN CONVINCE YOU TO JOIN FAKE COMPANY FOR LEARNING IRRELEVANT THINGS AND FAKE OFFERS. THEY TEACH YOU WHAT YOU DONT NEED AND WHAT YOU NEED IS FAR AWAY FROM REACH. PAID INTERNSHIP IS A MYTH. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN COMPANY WHERE YOU ARE PLACED AS UNPAID INTERN TO WORK ON PROJECTS THAT CAN BE EASLIY COPIED FROM ANY SOURCES.

As a data science intern you will be expected to be available full time for 9 hrs and you wont be able to involve yourself in any other activity even on weekends. Sometimes it disturbs your mental balance and you hope that you should have not joined.

Expection will be of a full time role with gradual increase in stipend. For the first month you are paid 5k even though you work like a fte and in the 3rd month you will be so fed up that you will sacrifice that 15k stipend for the mental piece. No rest for employees with work even on weekends and one day off in week which is of no use because other people will be working. Work life is very bad and pathetic. I felt like why I accepted the internship offer. Its better to be not employed when compared with working here. The will leave workload on freshers and who working under them. 6 working days. Maytime's I used to work beyond my working hours also there will be no recognition. Data Science team isnot at all supportive, they will be angry and point out even for small issues also. They will not train you properly. Rude people. They like to work less and keep the burden on the freshers and juniors. Actually the seniors in the data science generally work on weekends(like they take classes) in the remaining days there will be no much work for them simply pushing the work on freshers. There is no job guarantee. At the time of joining they will say will convert to full time after 3 months if they satisfied with our work but they keep on extending the internship months by months but there is no chance to convert to full time. Its a 9 hours duty with 6 working days but they will say to work on week offs also. The main thing even working heavily also we will be paid very less.
