Actually I prefered DCC , because job location was my hometown. DCC gives us on-time salary satisfaction only. But increment not possible as you ask.
Work Details
It was average. I have to travel within city as calls are on-site . Roads are rough so traveling becomes hectic. Transportation also not easy , because of urban side issues.
