Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work Culture. Need to coordinate with Other countries team which is in different time zone and to coordinate with them we need to stay a little late. If Working hour could be flexible, it would have been better .

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
