NO LIKE. Job Security - You will be asked to perform well to complete probation period. But you should be ready to be asked for leaving office on last day of probation. NO JOB SECURITY. Work Culture - Those who work dedicatedly are the ones who are harmed by higher management and seniors. Company Policy - These are all on Employer benefits and not on employee.
