NO LIKE. Job Security - You will be asked to perform well to complete probation period. But you should be ready to be asked for leaving office on last day of probation. NO JOB SECURITY. Work Culture - Those who work dedicatedly are the ones who are harmed by higher management and seniors. Company Policy - These are all on Employer benefits and not on employee. The company management thinks and sometimes say they own your life once they hire you, your 24hrs(possibly more) from every single day(including weekends) should be dedicated for the company and you are not allowed to keep personal life.

Project Managers life is as screwed as employees

I stayed 3 straight days for work in office. They are not decent people and inhumane work environment. One can not fare well in the company if he is not good at playing politics.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
