This company is good for how to design for building, mall, airport,etc. Various other department knowledge you will get. I find this interesting.

Dislikes

Many dislikes actually 1. Working hours 2. No facility 3. Non friendly environment 4. Less increment as compare to work 5. No overtime money 6. Only 21 holidays 7. Working on weekend too Etc..

I would like to say that u will find very friendly staff Senior Management's are very supportive and encouraging Company always reward good employee in terms of increment, international travel You will always have good time with collegue And lastly u will have fun of sporting events but managed by employee not an HR

Hr policy This need serious change; it's seems like they are clerk to directors; they should have opinion while selecting the candidates and implementing any policy for employee welfare Hope this will be constructive feedback; common in order to sustain and making postive impact on employee, lead trade directors need to think likedemocratics rather then king based approach( this need serious change) There is serious need for marking job as a fun activity; introduce activity goodies etc. Evaluation Performance evaluation criteria shall be based on outcome rather then number of working hours Time in my tenure I see few seniors missuse this for there personal benefits and don't know they have this kind of typical mentality that u can not do correct and Submit the work in office hours; if u do so they will start checking minutes details just in order to satisfy there ego and make it u to work late nights Respect to Junior Employee This field in not an rocket science; so please treat fresher with due respect ; they are well qualified and talented people; please be humble and provide guidance and encourage them to work and give the details behind of the task I must say that organizations is great just need little change n I hope it will be done soon...Read More
