The office is clean and washrooms are hygenic. Paid lunch is also provided.

Dislikes

Company treats you as bonded labour. They note everytime time you punch in and punch out even for 5 mins.No team no management . Some People are working there for years they think it is their company and they do what they like. Any work is provided despite of your interests. Nobody listens to your problems. You have to come on sat sun if required. On submission day you have to work late .Company is like a living hell ....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
