Danfoss was a great work place in the past. But it is not now.

Every single person under manger post hates the company to the core. We are forced to work 12 to 14 hrs a day. I could not take weekend off for last 3 months. I have been working without a single day off in last year. The reward system is very highly unethical. Mangers are asked to reward only one candidate properly in a team and remaining candidates are to be ignored no matter how you contribute to the company. Mangers take this advantage and give good hikes to all silent and average performers. But if you question any wrong doing in the company by the management, then you are to be given average hike of 5 to 6%. All my hard work and sacrifice that I have done was brought in front of the management. They simply said "you can refuse some tasks if you have heavy work load". They also said "it is part of your job". They will say all nonsense but never consider you for a ethical salary hike. But when it comes to work it will be pushed on to only the hard working people. This year the unethical practices from the management had increased a lot and resulted in highest employees exit, in Danfoss India history. 13.3% of you salary is not given to you if you don't achieve targets.
