Employee friendly environment, it is heavy industry so you see people with 14 year experience very easily. If you are from electrical it's very good place. Mostly you work with scandavian people and US.

Hikes. Things moves slow due to lot of collaboration.

However, I do have one concern that I'd like to share: Despite my significant work experience and contributions to the company, I feel that my salary is below market average. I believe that my hard work and dedication warrant a salary that reflects my value to the organization.

The overall culture of the company is good. There are decent opportunities to grow. Pay is at par though they are not the leaders.

Dislikes

The Finance leadership is unaware of the weakness in Company’s systems, processes and controls. Consequently, there is wide gap between expectation and reality.
