Though there has been significant improvements in the past few years, however the pace at which organization is growing, lot of process automations are needed to create and adopt at good pace & scale.

They don't have good projects. They picked up rejected projects from world If you are not on client billable projects your work life balance is poor. You get lot of work pressure. Appraisal is not good

Management is not good. Unable to deal with good resources. Disconnected on individual progress growth and appreciation factor is missing. Project Managers are not capable enough and does bare minimum efforts.
