I liked to get the opportunity to work independently pan india projects and maintenance for career growth and learning, in this company best part is that you will get the responsibility to do the work and learn because in most of the companies you will not get the chance to do work on a senior position.

Dislikes

Because of getting more responsibilities , you will have no work life balance and you need to work 24 hrs that will also not sufficient for you to complete. Every decision for single rupee is going through MD table to get it done work which is difficult to complete work.

There is nothing which I like about Da Milano. It has a worst work culture I am getting a salary to run my family that's the reason I am working here. And the salary comes on time. That's what is Like about Da Milano

Da Milano has a worst work culture. There is keep to transfer to new store every day. No Appraisal, no salary hike. Lot of politics in store. GURJEET KAUR a 12 passed lady who is cluster manager is a disaster for the brand. You will only get promoted in da Milano when you are a handsome boy or if you are Punjabi. It's impossible for you to survive in Da Milano if you love to work professionally
