The best part of this company I really like the way of management of Damilano who always give the opportunity to their capable employees. In terms of incentive policy really nice. Da Milano has a worst work culture. There is keep to transfer to new store every day. No Appraisal, no salary hike. Lot of politics in store. GURJEET KAUR a 12 passed lady who is cluster manager is a disaster for the brand. You will only get promoted in da Milano when you are a handsome boy or if you are Punjabi. It's impossible for you to survive in Da Milano if you love to work professionally
