CEO and PMs scold their own employees in front of clients and use them as scapegoats to hide deeper organisational issues 4. PMs lack understanding of the product and manage projects like cattle. They will simply ask you to get things done with understanding the feasibility or complexity of tasks 5. Not safe for women, several female employees have lodged complaints against PM for passing sexu@l remarks, suggesting inappropriate things Remuneration- 1. Appraisals are provided only to employees who are willing to sign a bond of 1 year otherwise no appraisals 2.
