The only good thing is that ine will learn a lot here, good for freshers but for short term only. Flexible timings is anither good thing but anyways working hours will be more than or upto 10 most of the times

No support any lead or managers Extreme level of biasness and internal politics Zero perks, they promise everything but give nothing in the name of cost cutting every year. Even diwali gift is not given. taking holidays or leaves becomes extremely difficult even for a day. Work hours extend upto 12-15 hours majority of the times every week. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
