Likes: If you were in project and you put down papers and then manager will say you in meeting that you have to wait 3 months now,and on sudden next few days he will call you and says I am releasing you from project. Then once you get on bench your exit process starts. Are you seeing job security here? Appraisals are only for bootlickers,you will not get appraisal on basis of 1 or so period you were getting judged by whole years of experience this is ridiculous. I hate their appraisal process, even bench people get more appraisals from who are on project, is it fair? For freshers you will get any project irrespective of their training<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You will have to keep your screen on more than 8 hours otherwise salary will get deducted or leaves get applied</mark>
