Dislikes

Management is Intelligent but does not take a holistic view of issues and lives in a world of perceptions. Night shift does not have any allowances for Support Service department and to add Support Service is not visible for the main management.

Work Details

Work is normal. But it depends on the Immediate manager.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
