The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to work in multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same time. Amazing experience with CWT

Everything is good they provide cab meals night shift allowance they care of the employees

Dislikes

The think I don't like about cwt they outsource their process to BPO I was joined in cwt later on I moved to Teleperfomance there are multiple BPO. Available in the market there environment is better then corporate companies I can say Exl one of these. But Teleperfomance is a place where they treat their employees like a slave.

Good to work in Carlson, the working environment is also good

As Carlson in Gurgaon (GSC) part is been taken over by a bpo Teleperformance . In this pandemic time job security is next to none and even most employees were asked to leave moreover who still working there there is a big salary cut.

Cwt was a great company but few years later they had outsourcing their business to other company and other company supporting us very well till 08th of Jan 2021 and after that they kicked us out and give us option too to reduce our salary upto 60%, so this is our experience over through covid and now we are unemployed.
