I'm a recent commerce graduate (July 2024) with internship experience, including a paid internship, and I'm actively seeking Process Associate/New associate roles at companies like IBM, Accenture, Cvent, Genpact and others. I've applied to several positions, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses. I'm facing a difficult financial situation right now, and securing a job is crucial for me. I also have an existing application at Accenture that's been pending for over six months, preventing me from applying to other roles there. I've also encountered issues trying to comment on referral posts or DM people in referral groups, so I'm reaching out here.
