I was terminated from the job saying quality issue and my contract period was extended from August and no motivation at all Now I am jobless would compensate on my week offs and I gave my 100% I got 36% quality score When I was in My Twenties started my Career in BPO after COVID restarted My Career in BPO never got 36% in my entire career. No motivation just need to finish the target and one fine day I get mail from my manager stating that I did not meet expectations of the company standards and many who was lower than me all got permanent. Fraud company after completing target they are denying for salary, beware of this Fraud company, they will harass u and provide u fake audit score, they will make u to work for 9-10 hrs and then will hold ur salary for no reason.

Working since 4 years awesome place to work and everything is fine started as support team now working as quality. Over all there are good people to work. It is working from home now we have started with work from office and really excited to work.
