I was terminated from the job saying quality issue and my contract period was extended from August and no motivation at all Now I am jobless would compensate on my week offs and I gave my 100% I got 36% quality score When I was in My Twenties started my Career in BPO after COVID restarted My Career in BPO never got 36% in my entire career.
