I was terminated from the job saying quality issue and my contract period was extended from August and no motivation at all Now I am jobless would compensate on my week offs and I gave my 100% I got 36% quality score When I was in My Twenties started my Career in BPO after COVID restarted My Career in BPO never got 36% in my entire career. No motivation just need to finish the target and one fine day I get mail from my manager stating that I did not meet expectations of the company standards and many who was lower than me all got permanent. They terminate the contract even when they're getting their work on time. And my father was diagnosed with brain hammeraoge and in this situation they terminated the contact when the job was needed the most. I even requested them but ofcourse to understand someone's family you have to understand yourself first. So my experience was worst and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

She is so unprofessional, does groupism, partiality, very rude, rough, negative attitude, she is the worst person in the company.... In fact she requested everyone personally on whatsApp to vote for her for the post of customer support manager.... She gives gift to her favourite candidate on their birthday....

Fraud company after completing target they are denying for salary, beware of this Fraud company, they will harass u and provide u fake audit score, they will make u to work for 9-10 hrs and then will hold ur salary for no reason.

Working since 4 years awesome place to work and everything is fine started as support team now working as quality. Over all there are good people to work. It is working from home now we have started with work from office and really excited to work.
