I've been here for almost 2 years, and we have some really passionate and smart people on our team, including our team lead and manager. Their experience and knowledge have been incredibly helpful. Our seniors are always available when we need them and respond quickly. I've always felt comfortable and at ease working here. Its for sure the best place to work.

If youre starting your career, this place offers great practical experience. I joined right after finishing my studies in software engineering. I wanted a wide exposure to my field, and I found it here. The work process is great; youll definitely enjoy working here.

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.

The company has developed tools to automate employee-related tasks. We use tools for efficient internal communication. Quality of work and performance are prioritized. We have a well-organized performance appraisal system where superiors focus on genuine growth and development of each employee, not just promotions or raises. Its a great place to work, I must say.
