Work environment is really good and I worked under the scientist means now I can work under pressure. Their strategy of thinking and methods to do work is really different. I developed my critical thinking skill and time management skill their. I got the kno about how to work as a project engineer or design engineer. What are the parameters necessary to design. I learnt practical Engineering skills from CSIR-NAL. Learnt how to work constantly, how to focus and how to work effectively in any organization. I polished my Engineering knowledge and skills and research paper writing skills. My guide really help me a lot from root. After working in CSIR-NAL, I can work in any department because I got all the skillset what is required for any industry. I learnt design, Simulation, analysis, optimization, MS Excel, Opensim software, Email Etiquettes, Time management, Critical thinking skills, Decision making skill, Communication skills, workplace communication, Design skills, Presentation Skills, practical Engineering experience. It's a good place to start your career. You can access licensed version softwares and it's good place to grow technically.

When I joined here, the project was almost at the end so, our team worked day and night to make the project successfull. But we didn't get job extension . Anyway working in CSIR-NAL is a good experience to me.
