if we talk about work culture, I personally feel, there are a lot of scope of improvement at least at the bangalore Delivery Center. Hiring needs to be more strict, bangalore needs to come out from the shade of US driven indian teams culture. Its harshly effects the ability of thinking naturally, making decision and integrity of a re source, if the culture is continued for a longer duration. managers are required be more technical than philosophical be innovative with vast nese of knowledge and with proper people management skills being unbiased . It does not seem nice to hear the same monologue and managerial words such as 'Do Extra', 'Doing Fine', 'US is doing this' over the years. Since most of the driving forces are from US, scope of climbing the ladder at the mid level meritocratically is very less or non existent in India at this moment<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
