Work life balance is 0 as you have to work like for 12+ hrs. You didn't have any career growth as you will be stipulated to one job and you can't diverse your move. There is a lot of politics inside the management. Salary also is not good as compared to your work.

The compny is good from Overall .i get a good knowledge and supportive teammates, work environment is nice and not seen such politics during a Woking period. Different learning points are got during Woking time. I didn't get a abroad but because of some project reading visit to another state at gujrat. Another all teammates are comes from different states so Learn something new and got a new friend in mature life and we work together with happily with no any politics during job period. There is nothing much to like about.

Dislikes

Director is extremely sick. A single employee has been handed over 18-20 projects at one time. No work life balance at all. Even on saturdays you have to work. Most worst thing is about timings. Office starts at 8.30 am and shft ends at 6.30 pm. But you have loads of work given so have to wait til late after office hours. Contact previous employees then only think of joining crystal.
