For fresher, its a good company to learn basics of production and quality terms.

Dislikes

Work life balance is 0 as you have to work like for 12+ hrs. You didn't have any career growth as you will be stipulated to one job and you can't diverse your move. There is a lot of politics inside the management. Salary also is not good as compared to your work.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

There is nothing much to like about.

Dislikes

Director is extremely sick. A single employee has been handed over 18-20 projects at one time. No work life balance at all. Even on saturdays you have to work. Most worst thing is about timings. Office starts at 8.30 am and shft ends at 6.30 pm. But you have loads of work given so have to wait til late after office hours. Contact previous employees then only think of joining crystal.
