Their work culture, they don't pay on time and the owner, also Vice President is fraud, Samay Vashisht and Rajesh Nair respectively. They don't know how to run operations, even a person with 1 year experience can plan better then them. They keep changing name of their company, they have tons of cases against them in labour court. I have also sued them, they have about 5 lakhs of mine. They don't even pay TDS of employees but the same is deducted every month from their salary. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
