Affected by Office Politics and dirty backbiting , gossip in Kolkata regional office. Not aware of the other region Absence of thematic expert. Absence of true recognition and growth. Absence of academic leadership. A few populist leader without contribution , promoted to the top post. Independence was there. Learnt a lot on the job. Part of the positioning the organisation as a spokes person. Because of my dedication as well as comfort I have never thought of leaving the organisation as a result my growth was affected partially.
