Role & responsibilities

field facilitator experience, Rapo building, Home visits, children's & parents, Data entry skills on TAB. Hindi & Marathi will be good, and English will be optional. To spread awareness about our program, child-to-child tracking.

Completion of all BLD with good quality. • Regular Home visits and child to child tracking. • Formation of children collectives and Adolescent collectives. • Formation of Community based Organizations and its capacity building. • Organizing various parents and community meetings. • Community facilitation and Mobilization. • Identifying and building rapport with the stakeholders. • Linking of children and families with relevant social security schemes. • Identifying drop out and never been to school children and ensuring there are enrolmentin schools. • Ensure enrolment and retention of children in schools. • Ensure maximum grade transition of children from different grades. • Identify child labour and mainstreamed them in schools. • Aspiration mapping of children in sports activities to prevent them fall in vices ofaddiction • Prepare a monthly report on the basis of day-to-day activity

Preferred candidate profile

6 months experience for Field work/service.
