Consultant Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Plan and manage procurement, installation, and repair activities, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
2. Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with school administration, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
3. Training and Knowledge Dissemination: Participate in training sessions on various topics and conduct workshops or sessions in the school to share knowledge and build capacity.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress and prepare regular reports on outcomes and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing educational or infrastructure projects, preferably in the development sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, including solar energy and kitchen gardening, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Right to Education (RTE) Act and related policies.
