• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,including preparing orientation materials and facilitating the completion ofnecessary paperwork.
  
• Support the offboarding process for departingemployees, ensuring all exit procedures are followed and documentation iscomplete.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  
• Ensure all employee documentation is organized,confidential, and easily accessible.
  
• Act as a point of contact for employeesregarding HR-related queries and concerns.
  
• Provide support in conflict resolution,performance issues, and other employee relations matters.
  
• Promote a positive work environment byaddressing employee needs and feedback in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure company practices and policies are incompliance with relevant local, state, and federal labor laws.
  
• Assist in preparing and submitting required HRreports and audits.
  Assist in various HR projects and initiativesas needed.
• Provide administrativesupport for HR functions including scheduling meetings, preparingdocumentation, and managing correspondence,

Requirements

• The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant HR Operations experience.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills.
