Consultant Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities :

• Implement activities in collaboration with manager.
• Visit the field frequently to coordinate with stakeholders, collect data, and organize activities.
• Interact regularly with the community, parents, and children to ensure the effective functioning of the project.
• Organize community-level awareness meetings and training sessions.
• Organize awareness meeting and training at school level
• Organize awareness meeting and training at ICDS.
• Maintain individual tracking records for all project participants.
• Prepare case studies and share them with your reporting manager.
• Conduct interviews with project beneficiaries.
• Ensure project monitoring reports are submitted to the manager in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops organized by the project/CRY, and apply the learning in the field.
• Prepare monthly plans and reports on schedule.
• Submit evaluation/assessment reports to the Project Manager as required.
