Croma is a nice place to work only, all of in that company creating over, They did not train any cashier they were trained the css only. They were not treat the employee as employee, treating as a slave only. If am were asking doubt means they won't tell always telling discouraging words, always asking a letter, it just look a school only, matured people not there. If we say any problem which was done by customer means, she will say "customer is always right, Don't tell them, you only wrong". Selected peoples are over there, whatever they do or did she won't ask. The timing 2nd shift is 10.30pm only, but she allow to go home after 10.30 only. Open hours one process is conducting that is number one wasting time, whatever we were telling or compling the people, that always leaked by that particular people. I did not grew by them. Tata Croma name was spoiling these kind of people. Mrs. Uma mageshwari who worked with me as a ADM, she only helped me. How to bill. Really I thank her. That time I really miss our sir Mr.Ram sir and prakash sir. I got lot of targers by SM. She using a harse words in the store. She always supporting who do the sales. Not cashiers. Please ask any girls if am wrong means
